The Room

This beautiful double room has been totally refurbished and offers light and airy accommodation. This part of the house has a separate entrance and is totally self contained and totally private. There is a shower room on the ground floor and the bedroom is on the first floor. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room T.V./Wi Fi  is available. Breakfast is included in the cost and is usually tea or coffee, juice, cereals, croissants and a selection of preserves. You are welcome to explore the garden and take advantage of the various seating areas. It offers peace and seclusion. Parking is available at the front of the property. If you like walking there is ample opportunity to explore the area and your hosts will happily recommend many of the local pubs where you can sample the food and local ales. Its a great location for exploring the local area, Bath is only 12 miles away, Frome is 3 miles which hosts the Artisan Market every month throughout the summer in the town centre. The market has even been mentioned in The New York Times.  Shearwater is 3 miles away and is ideal for fishing or walks

The English Heritage site of Stonehenge is 21 miles away.

All in all if you are looking for a good base which is quiet and in the heart of the countryside you will be hard pressed to improve on this listing.
